New Dynamic Blacklist feature

Although the blacklist was always part of the Anveo system, the new Dynamic Blacklist feature allows users to add a caller to the blacklist during a call by simply pressing *7.

When someone puts a number to the blacklist with *7, a notification email is sent to the main account holder, giving them the option to remove the phone number from the blacklist if needed.

The *7 blacklist option is configurable on the Transfer (General tab), SIP Phone (Advanced tab), and SIP Queue (Advanced tab) Call Flow Widgets.

The Dynamic Blacklist feature is now included in the Starter, Professional and Business Subscription Packages free of charge.
